Content on this site is provided for general information about our products and policies. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Product availability, prices, and lead times may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Nothing on the site is legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. Policy pages summarise how we operate and how UAE rules apply to our shop; they are not a substitute for independent advice.
2. Product images and 3D-printed goods
Photographs, renders, and descriptions are illustrative. Handmade and 3D-printed items can differ slightly in colour, texture, dimension, or finish. We describe goods in good faith as required by Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. If an item you receive is not as described, unsafe, or defective, you have the remedies in our Returns & Refunds policy and under UAE law.
Products are intended for normal household use as described. They are not toys unless labelled as such. Keep small parts and accessories away from young children. Follow any care instructions supplied with the product.
3. Custom and photo-based products
For lithophanes, engraving, and other personalised goods, the result depends on the files and instructions you provide. We are not responsible for poor image quality, copyrighted material you were not entitled to use, or design choices you approved. You must have the right to use any photo or artwork you submit.
4. Third-party sites and tools
Links to payment providers, couriers, social media, or other websites are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
5. Availability and interruptions
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website. Maintenance, technical faults, or events outside our reasonable control may affect browsing or checkout. If payment is taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund you in accordance with UAE consumer rules and our policies.
6. Liability
Our liability for products and the website is described in the Terms & Conditions. We do not exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any matter UAE law does not allow us to exclude — including your statutory consumer rights.
