• Material selection and finishing services
• Product development and manufacturing
• Educational workshops and training

3. User Responsibilities

• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by BuildPlate remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your original designs and files, but grant us a license to use them for the purpose of providing our services.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required before production begins. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payments. All prices are in AED unless otherwise specified.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days
• Payment must be received before production starts
• Additional charges may apply for design modifications
• Rush orders may incur additional fees

6. Quality and Warranty

We strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your specifications. However, 3D printing involves inherent variations and limitations. We provide a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

BuildPlate's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Custom designs and materials may not be eligible for full refunds.

9. Privacy

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
